Layered Rib Eye Steak
INGREDIENTS:

For Marination: ½ kl. rib eye |
For Gravy: 3 tbsp. butter For Thickening: ¼ cup flour
|
For Pepper Sauce: 1 tbsp. butter For Thickening: ¼ cup flour
|
|
For Mashed Potato: 5 pcs. Boiled potato |
PROCEDURE:
- Slice the rib eye uniformly.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl & marinate for 1 hour.
- Grill until it cooked.
FOR GRAVY & PEPPER SAUCE:
- Heat pan with butter.
- Add onion, tomato paste, knorr seasoning until it brown.
- Add beef stock and thickening sauce. Remove from heat then set aside.
- In another pan, heat butter & add ground pepper
- Add nestle cream & red wine, mix it well.
- Add the thickening sauce & boil.
- Add the gravy sauce to the pepper sauce mix it well.
FOR MASHED POTATO
- Peeled and cut into cubes the potato and then boil until it soft and set aside.
- Heat pan with butter then add potato.
- Add fresh milk and cheese.
