Baked New Zealand Mussels
INGREDIENTS:
12 pcs. Mussels
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped red pepper
1 can chopped button mushroom
2 tbsp. fresh basil & parsley
1 cup grated quick melt cheese
1 cup fresh milk
Salt & peeper to taste
PROCEDURE:
- Boil & cooked mussel in a casserole.
- Remove the water and set aside mussels.
- Heat the small pan & add butter.
- Add all the ingredients & sauté’ for a wile except mussels & cheese.
- Take out from heat & spoon over mussels in half shell equally.
- Topped with grated cheese equally and baked in 200° for 10 minutes in the oven.
- Serve with a slice of lemon.
