After eating breakfast I go to the veranda to smell some fresh air. At the veranda I seat beside with my brother and my dad, who is so busy looking in his laptop. I will now plan the decoration for my house. At first I start with my garden décor, I will put different kinds of stones, flowering plants like roses & orchid & also natural garden trellis that will rust naturally over time, so my garden will look very tidy. I cannot wait so long to have this garden, I’m will go here every morning & every night to relax. I’m sure if my friends go here in my house they will amaze on my unique wrought iron of my curtains. To bath room I will put wrought iron towel rack, towel hooks or a towel bar to hang your linens and to store my towels and a mount these beside the sink, to dry off our hands after washing. I cannot wait to see it.

Every occasion is a memorable part of our life. Especially when there is something different happened on that day. I remember when it was our second year anniversary. A week before that day, I was so busy preparing a surprised gift for my wife. I want her to remember that day, as one of happiest moment in her life. As part of my plan, I decide to go out of town three days before that day and I told her that we will have seminar on there and it will take up for five days. After I tell it to her, I saw her face became sad.

I start to do my second plan, I send flowers to her in their office. Flores can make her feel better. Finally this day come, I go home and start to do my last plan. I know that my wife is not in the house, she go to her office. With the help of my children the surprised for my wife was successful. INGREDIENTS:
1 pouch yogurt (plain)
3 tsp honey
1 pc orange
¼ kg. grapes
1 pc apple
1 pc mango
¼ kg strawberry
3 tbsp nestle cream
3 pinch pistachios

PROCEDURE:

1. Cut all fruits uniformly.
2. Combine yogurt & honey then place it in a cocktail glass.
3. Add orange, mango, apple, grapes and strawberry.
4. Add nestle cream & parsley on the top.

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped red pepper

Salt & peeper to taste

PROCEDURE:

1. Boil & cooked mussel in a casserole.
2. Remove the water and set aside mussels.

4. Add all the ingredients & sauté’ for a wile except mussels & cheese.
5. Take out from heat & spoon over mussels in half shell equally.
6. Topped with grated cheese equally and baked in 200° for 10 minutes in the oven.
7. Serve with a slice of lemon.

1. Heat pan with butter.
2. Add onion, tomato paste, knorr seasoning until it brown.
3. Add beef stock and thickening sauce. Remove from heat then set aside.
4. In another pan, heat butter & add ground pepper
5. Add nestle cream & red wine, mix it well.
6. Add the thickening sauce & boil.
7. Add the gravy sauce to the pepper sauce mix it well.

FOR MASHED POTATO

1. Peeled and cut into cubes the potato and then boil until it soft and set aside.
2. Heat pan with butter then add potato.
3. Add fresh milk and cheese.
