Its Saturday night all of us were so busy because, tomorrow is Sunday and it our family day. All of my relatives go to my grandfather house in La Union to have lunch and also to have family bonding. And that day is a special day because my aunt with her family is going home now from abroad. Aunt Precious is working at San Diego tax planning in California. She has been working for 10 years.

At eleven thirty in the morning they arrived coming from the airport to my grandfather house. All of us eat together lunch in the backyard of the house near the sea. After lunch aunt gave us chocolate and some souvenirs from abroad like bags, shoes, t-shirt and also she gave all her niece 50 dollar each. This day is the happiest day for my grandfather & grandmother because all of their children are their together with their family.

When I still studying in Wesleyan University during my college level. During that time I was so popular to the campus, because I was the president of student council. I remember my friend Edward who is taking Business Management. Hey Tom this book is really great and interesting and it was summarized and easy to understand. Another thing is you don’t need other references because all the information you needed is in this book. Really! Edward, can you please lend me to have that book, so I can read it? Yes, of course you can borrow it. When I got home I start to read it. And after those five years I become a successful businessman.

If I were you, I will get a copy of that book. Maybe on the future you will also like a professional businessman.

At last my wife is now pregnant after 4 years of waiting. As her husband this is the happiest moment of our marriage life because now we can say that were going to be a parents. This is our first baby that’s why both of us are so excited and also nervous. We all know that she will feel some changes in her body because of the baby. And we pray that she will fine and to have healthy body to supply the needs of our baby.

When I got home coming from the office. My wife said that she came to her doctor because that day is the time that she undergoes to ultra sound. The result is it was a baby boy. Really it’s a baby boy? Yes it is. What will be the name of our baby? I want a name which is unique and sounds good. I want a celebrity names. Like Marc Anthony, that’s sounds good and easy to remember. Okay from now on if he born we name it Marc Anthony.

This is a take on the Italian Pancetta breakfast. Pancetta is the way bacon is made and enjoyed in that part of Europe – thick, salty slices pork belly that wake up the taste buds and go so well with bread, eggs and hot coffee. Here’s the easy, home style version that’s just as bright and happy as a summer morning.

Idea: if the kids are on vacation, let them do their own servings, and maybe they can even prepare this for you!

You will need:

2-3 rashers of bacon per person

1 egg per person

1-2 slices of day-old bread (the best to use are French bread, or sourdough or any big old crusty bread.)

Some slices of fresh arugula

Step 1: Heat non-stick skillet and toast the bread slices

Step 2: Pan-fry the bacon till just curled but not browned.

Step 3: Fry eggs on the bacon drippings. And top on the toast.

Step 4: Lightly will the arugula leaves in the remaining bacon drippings.

Step 5: With the eggs on the toasted bread slices, top on the bacon, then the arugula leaves.
